About Lucy Dawe
Lucy has been in the property sector for over 24 years. She’s seen it all: The Good, the Bad and the distinctly unprofessional. With experience in agencies both large and small, as well as a housing association, Lucy struggled with many, if not most of the business models she witnessed during that time. She wanted to do something different. Something better.
So, here we are with Property Fusion.
Founding this company from this position of strength, transparency and honesty has enabled Lucy Dawe to follow a more legitimate path. As Lucy says, “…We just do what we say we are going to do”. In theory, there’s nothing ground-breaking here. Or, there shouldn’t be. On the other hand, keeping our promises each and every time has helped us to gain – and keep – a solid reputation in the marketplace.
You could say that Property Fusion is the antidote to block management companies.
If you’re a freeholder, RTM Director, or Commonhold Director you can rely on us completely to manage and deliver agreed services to your leaseholders at the best value for money possible. For leaseholders, we’ll ensure that your service charges give back maximum worth and significance. To put it another way, that you’ll get what you pay for.
